Axial fans
Axial fans convey air for heat or cold exchange at a shallow installation depth. The EC version of axial fans enables considerable energy savings and is characterised by a low noise level and high efficiency. They are particularly suitable for flow through heat exchangers and are frequently used in ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technology, in wind turbines and in mechanical engineering as well as in the automotive industry.

Product overview Axial fans
AxiBlade axial fan series (ebm-papst): 4,500–35,000 m³/h at 50–380 Pa – high efficiency, quiet operation and many variants available from stock.
AxiCool axial fan series (ebm-papst): 3,000–25,000 m³/h at 40–300 Pa – hygienic design with IP54 (splash protection), easy to clean thanks to hinge function and many variants available from stock.
AxiEco axial fan series (ebm-papst): 500–12,500 m³/h at 70–720 Pa – high efficiency even with increasing back pressure, low-noise operation and many variants available from stock.
AxiTop Diffuser (ebm-papst): for sizes 800/910/1250 mm – up to 7.2 dB(A) less sound pressure, up to 27% less energy consumption and up to 9% more air flow – easy to retrofit, many variants available from stock.
EC medium pressure axial fan series (ebm-papst): 15,000–75,000 m³/h at 50–550 Pa – GreenTech EC motor (IE4, EU 640/2009), ideal for medium pressures and high volume flows, many variants available from stock.
HyBlade axial fan series (ebm-papst): 500–60,000 m³/h at 110–350 Pa – hybrid blades (aluminium carrier + glass fibre reinforced plastic) for high efficiency, quiet operation and many variants available from stock.
NiQ motors with axial impeller (ebm-papst): 160–1,300 m³/h – replaces shaded pole motors and reduces power consumption by up to 70%; with reverse functions (on start/on demand) and two speed stages, many variants available from stock.
